Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the AI Skills Studio website operated by us. These Terms are an agreement between you and AI Skills Studio covering the website, the training, the creator tools, credits, and the community (together, the “Services”).

Conditions of Use

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these website Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to purchase a plan or credits on your own behalf. You agree to give accurate registration information, to keep your password confidential, and to tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared or resold.

Plans, Credits, and Billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you selected until you cancel. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Credits are a prepaid allowance used to generate media. Credits are consumed when a generation runs, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Where auto-recharge is enabled, we will purchase further credits on your behalf at the threshold and amount you set. You can turn this off at any time.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. If a generation fails through a fault on our side, contact support and we will restore the credits.
  • We may change prices. We will give you notice before a change affects a renewal, and the new price applies from the next billing period.

License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AI Skills Studio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Course videos, lesson materials, prompt packs, and templates are licensed to you for your own learning and your own projects, including projects for your business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them as a standalone product, and you may not share your access with people who do not have their own account.

Content You Create

You keep ownership of the prompts, uploads, and generated output you create with the Services, to the extent such material can be owned. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload and that your use of the output is lawful in your jurisdiction. Note that in several countries, including the United States, purely AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright protection.

When you post to the community or the public feed, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote that content in and about the Services. You can delete your posts at any time, which ends that licence going forward.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Create or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit, or that sexualises minors.
  • Generate a real person's likeness or voice without their permission, or create material designed to deceive people about who said or did something.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Scrape, resell, or provide automated access to the Services, or attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Probe or disrupt the security or integrity of the Services, or upload malicious code.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

AI Output

The Services use third party AI models. Output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and may resemble output produced for other people from similar prompts. Review and verify anything you intend to publish or rely on. Nothing produced by the Services is legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Third Party Services

The Services depend on third parties for payments, hosting, storage, and AI generation, and may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Disclaimer

The materials on AI Skills Studio's website are provided “as is”. AI Skills Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free, and we make no guarantee of any particular business, income, or creative result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Skills Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Termination

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Services. On termination your right to use the Services ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive, including licence grants for published content, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will give you notice in the product or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and AI Skills Studio agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia.
