At AI Skills Studio, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our training, creator tools, and community features (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the website to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Process your subscription and payments.
- Email you regarding your account or order.
- Fulfil and manage purchases, orders, payments, and other transactions related to the website.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Services, and only as far as they need it to do that work:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage.
- Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing.
- Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
- Google for analytics through Google Tag Manager, and for AI generation through Google Vertex AI and Gemini.
- fal.ai and comparable AI model providers, which process the prompts and reference files you submit in order to return a generation.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect the rights and safety of our members or the public, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Content You Publish
Anything you post to the community, the public feed, or a shared prompt is visible to other people, in some cases to anyone on the internet. Please do not include personal or confidential information in content you publish. You can delete your own posts at any time, though copies may remain in backups or in caches we do not control.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. Our Cookie Policy explains what we set and how to control it.
Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records to meet legal, tax, accounting, or fraud prevention obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls on our databases. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can update most details from your account settings, unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message, or request deletion of your account and data at our data deletion page. To make any other request, email us at support@aiskills.studio. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Members under 18 should only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Visitors
We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process your information there and in other countries. Those countries may have data protection rules that differ from the ones where you live. By using the Services you consent to that transfer.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant we will give you notice in the product or by email.
