Warm-Lead Follow-Up Prompt

Three short messages that re-enter helpfully, add value, and close the loop without pressure.

Write three follow-up messages for a warm lead using [lead context], [offer], and [last interaction]. Message one should be helpful and direct, message two should add a useful insight or example, and message three should politely close the loop. Each message must sound human, stay under 90 words, avoid fake urgency, and make [next step] easy to accept or decline. Explain when to send each message.
02
Resolve the issue

Empathetic Support Reply Prompt

A calm resolution that acknowledges the real concern, explains the next step, and stays inside policy.

Draft a customer support reply to [customer message] using only [policy] and [available solution]. Use a [tone] voice. Start by showing that you understand the actual problem, explain the resolution in plain language, list any action the customer needs to take, and set an honest expectation for timing. Do not blame the customer, expose internal process, promise anything outside policy, or use empty phrases like “we value your feedback.”
03
Request proof ethically

Testimonial Request Template

A low-pressure request with three easy questions and explicit permission for how the response may be used.

Write a short testimonial request for a customer who achieved [customer result]. Reflect our [relationship] and format it for [channel]. Make the request optional, explain why their specific experience could help someone else, and give three easy questions they can answer instead of asking them to “write a testimonial.” Include [permission request] so I clearly know where and how I may use their words.
